Meiji Cruz
CHAIRPERSON
Meiji Cruz is a highly accomplished individual, holding the title of Miss CosmoWorld 2022 and Binibining Pilipinas 2021 Runner Up.
She is also a TV host and news anchor, as well as an event host for various occasions. As an ambassador for SOS Children’s Villages Ph, she shows her dedication to helping those in need.
Meiji Cruz holds three bachelor’s degrees, demonstrating her intelligence and academic excellence.
Rodgil Flores
National Director
Rodgil Flores is a prominent figure in the beauty pageant industry in the Philippines. He is the founder and head trainer of Kagandahang Flores (KF), the country’s leading beauty pageant training camp.
KF has an impressive track record of producing winners, including 6 Miss Earth winners, 3 Miss International winners, and other international pageant winners, including Miss CosmoWorld 2022 -Meiji Cruz.
Aside from his involvement in beauty pageants, Rodgil Flores is also an experienced events specialist with over two decades of experience as an events organizer, director, and writer. He is also an international pageant director and trainer, further highlighting his expertise in the field.
Adel Reyes
Legal Counsel
Adel Reyes is a lawyer and legal professional with extensive experience in the areas of real estate and contract law. He currently serves as the Director of Real Estate & Head of Operations at Baer Reed, a US-based company, where he oversees the company’s real estate operations. Additionally, he works as a Senior Contracting Counsel at Accenture, where he provides legal support for the company’s contracting activities. Adel is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Major Programme Management at the University of Oxford in England.
Joee Guilas
PR & Communications Head
John Guilas is a highly respected individual in the field of business communication and journalism.
As a multi-awarded business communicator and television news anchor, he has established himself as an expert in his field. Currently, he serves as the Director for Corporate Communications at Newport World Resorts and is a News Anchor for People’s Television.
Additionally, he is a Network Columnist for The Manila Bulletin and a member of the Miss Universe Philippines Advisory Council.
With his extensive experience, he has also previously worked as a university professor.
Joee Guilas holds a BS Economics degree from the University of the Philippines – Diliman.
Laurens Jan "Didis" Domingo
Business Consultant
Laurens Jan “Didis” Domingo is a former City Councilor of Malolos, Bulacan. He has served in local government and has experience in political affairs in the 1st District of the Province of Bulacan. Currently, he works as a private contractor in a variety of fields outside of politics.
